Return & Refund Policy

At Tiny Tech Creations, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Because our products are individually 3D printed, please review the following return and refund policy before placing your order.

14-Day Return Window

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused or showing no significant signs of use, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging when possible.

To request a return, contact us at tinytechcreations3d@gmail.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

Do not send a return without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are considered final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Custom-color products
Personalized products
Made-to-order or special-request products
Items that have been altered or damaged after delivery
Items showing excessive use
Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
Incomplete sets or bundles

3D-Printed Product Variations

Our products are made using 3D-printing technology. Minor variations in color, surface texture, layer lines, seams, finish, or dimensions are normal characteristics of the 3D-printing process and are not considered defects.

Colors may also vary slightly between filament batches and may appear different depending on lighting, photography, and screen settings.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, the damage must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, clear photos of the item, and photos of the packaging when applicable.

After reviewing the issue, we may provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping

For standard returns that are not caused by an error, defect, or damage on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item.

For privacy and security, we do not publish our return mailing address online. Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will email you the return shipping instructions and the address where the item should be sent.

Please do not ship your return until you have received these instructions.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Tiny Tech Creations is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged while being shipped back to us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund after it has been issued.

Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return resulted from an error, damaged product, defective product, or incorrect item sent by Tiny Tech Creations.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges.

If you would like a different standard product or color, please contact us. In many cases, the simplest option will be to return the eligible item according to this policy and place a new order.

Custom-color, personalized, and made-to-order products cannot be exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us at tinytechcreations3d@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Because many of our products are produced specifically for each order, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once production has started.

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products may not be eligible for cancellation after production has begun.
